By accessing or using ReplyHero (the "Service"), operated by NexiTools, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
ReplyHero is an AI-powered Google review management tool that helps local businesses respond to customer reviews. The Service includes AI-generated reply suggestions, one-click reply posting, email alerts for new reviews, weekly reputation digest emails, and a review analytics dashboard.
You must sign in with a Google account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate and complete information.
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start the trial. After the trial period, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe.
Plans and pricing:
Prices may change with 30 days' notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.
To use the Service, you must authorize ReplyHero to access your Google Business Profile reviews. You represent that you have the authority to grant this access. You may revoke access at any time through your Google account settings.
ReplyHero generates reply suggestions using artificial intelligence. These suggestions are provided as drafts for your review and approval. You are solely responsible for any content you post to Google through the Service. We recommend reviewing all AI-generated replies before posting. We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or quality of AI-generated content.
You agree not to:
The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by NexiTools. Your review content and AI-generated replies posted to Google are yours. You grant us a limited license to process your review data solely for providing the Service.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You acknowledge that AI-generated replies require processing your review data through our AI systems.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any downtime or data loss caused by Google API changes, outages, or third-party service disruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReplyHero and NexiTools shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that AI-generated replies will be error-free, appropriate for all situations, or compliant with all applicable laws.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on our website at least 30 days before changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
